TERMS & CONDITIONS

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

After a product is delivered or picked up, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the product is stored suitably to prevent product damage. Refrigerate as soon as possible.

Dessert Products: 5 days refrigerated shelf life

Savoury Jars: Refer to label for shelf life and use by date

Please keep all perishable goods constantly under refrigeration: Chiller < 5°C, Frozen < -15°C.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit, email artisanmealscompany@gmail.com upon receipt of the product(s) along with photos supporting the claim. We will assess your claim and determine how we can rectify the issue based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the submission.

Any compensation decided upon is at the sole discretion of Artisan Meals Company. Any fees or charges already incurred are non refundable.

Custom / personalised orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind reasons.

We do not offer cash refunds.

DELIVERY:

Please note that our drivers cannot wait at a delivery address. If there is no one to accept a delivery it may be left at the specified address unless notified otherwise. Loss or damage of unattended products are not the liability of Artisan Meals Company and no compensation will be provided. The customer will have to organise re-delivery at their own expense.

Deliveries are generally completed between 9am and 5pm. Should you require your order for a specific time, please have your orders delivered at least the day before.

Artisan Meals Company is responsible for the quality of the products delivered from our premises to the delivery service as agreed upon with the customer. Any breakages or damages that occur after the delivery service receives the products are not the liability of Artisan Meals Company and no compensation will be provided. 

ADVERTISING:

We reserve the right to take photos of all orders and use them without restriction for promotional marketing purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us otherwise via emailing artisanmealscompany@gmail.com 

ALLERGENS:

Our products contain allergens such as nuts, sulphites, soy and gluten.

Our products are produced on equipment that may have processed peanuts, other nuts, dairy, gluten or other allergens. 

ALLERGEN WARNING: 

Some products contain TREE NUTS and/or Soy, Sulphites

Some products may contain traces of gluten and wheat.
